The Pushkinogorsky Court of the Pskov Region fined the military observer of the YouTube channel Popular Politics Yan Matveyev RUB 30,000 for the absence of the marking of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). He was fined under a similar report in December 2023.
