The Lyubertsy City Court sentenced Yan Katelevsky, a journalist of the Rosderzhava, to house arrest for 4 days in the case of damage to property (Part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Immediately after that, Katelevsky was arrested and taken to the Ramensky police department and charged with extortion (Paragraph B of Part 3 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
