Roskomnadzor, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, blocked access to the regional news website ya62.ru. This website is part of the Shkulev Media Holding. The reasons for the blocking remains unknown. On February 20, the Ryazan Regional Court reported that a magistrate had issued a ruling in a case under Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences — dissemination of false information in the media — against Aleksander Moiseyuk, the editor-in-chief of ya62.ru. He was sentenced to a fine of 60,000 rubles.
