Dmitry Konstantinov, chairman of the People's Assembly of Gagauzia in the autonomous region of Gagauzia in the south of Moldova, ordered people to kick Radulov, a reporter for the regional independent news portal Nokta.md, out of a public meeting. The incident began when Deputy Grigory Dulger and several other members of the assembly said Radulov was not allowed to stay in the meeting room and ordered him to leave, according to the sources. On Konstantinov's orders, two men began pushing Radulov, one of them grabbed him by the arm and pushed him out of the hall.
