The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow has sent Vyacheslav Malakhov, the creator of the page Pre-Revolutionary Advice-Giver, into custody. He is accused of repeatedly «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) for an anti-war post. In September 2023, Malakhov was fined under the administrative article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
