The Arbitration Court of the Kemerovo Region partially satisfied the claim of the coal mining company Razrez Kuznetsky Yuzhny against the founder of the media outlet Novosti Kiselevska Natalya Zubkova and journalist Vyacheslav Krechetov. The reason was a video published in May 2020 about serious violations during the construction of the railway for coal transportation. As a result, of the eight phrases challenged by the plaintiff, only one was declared inaccurate and defamatory: that the management of the open-pit mine was being followed by a trail of criminal cases. The court ordered the defendants to publish a refutation of the disputed phrase.
