The Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced documentary filmmaker Vsevolod Korolyov to three years in prison in the case of military «fakes» (Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, from March 15 to April 12, 2022, Korolyov published «knowingly false» reports on massacres in Bucha and Borodyanka and shelling in Donetsk on VKontakte. Korolyov has been in pre-trial detention since July 2022.
