The editorial staff of Volyn Online received threats from Russia about interrogations and imprisonment. This is the 19th letter written in Russian sent to the media. On June 10, the website’s editorial staff received a letter in Russian from an unknown user, «Valery Naumov.» «The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against all employees of your media. The case was initiated under an article of the Criminal Code "Extremism". All of your contacts and personal data have been handed over to Russian law enforcement. After the Russian army occupies the settlements where you live and work, you will face interrogations with bias and prison terms. You can walk as a witness in the case and avoid this punishment if you quit the media you work for right now».
