Vladislav Postnikov, editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vechernye Vedomosti, who had served two 14-day sentences in Nizhny Tagil under Article 20.3, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offences for old posts, was detained once again as he left a special reception centre to have a new administrative report drawn up. When Postnikov was being taken to the Yekaterinburg Police Department directly from the special detention centre in Nizhny Tagil, where he was serving his sentence, the journalist managed to escape from the authorities.
