On November 9, police arrested the journalist of the independent regional news website Properm.ru Vladislav Ivanenko at his flat in Perm and took him to the Centre for Temporary Detention of Foreign Citizens. On November 14, 2023, the journalist was deported from Russia despite the fact that the Perm court suspended the decision to cancel Ivanenko’s residence permit and scheduled a hearing for November 14.
