The Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City Court fined the chairman of the Kamchatka office of Yabloko and journalist Vladimir Yefimov for «discrediting the army» (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The police discovered on his social media account «the fact of publishing an image containing information aimed at discrediting the use of the armed forces of the Russian Federation». Yefimov claims that he has already been given two fines of RUB 30,000 each for «discrediting the army».
