Courts in Baranavichy fined the editor-in-chief of the Intex-press newspaper, Vladimir Yanukevich, “violation of media legislation.” The investigation followed a 14 April interview, published on the newspaper’s website, with ex-presidential candidate for the 2020 elections Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. The court found him guilty of disseminating prohibited information (Part 5 of Article 23.5 of the Administrative Code).
