The security forces detained journalist when he was filming in the centre of Makhachkala. They demanded the removal of the photos taken, police check-point that was suddenly caught on camera. As the journalist refused to do so, he was taken to the police station and promised to be released as soon as he deleted the photos. After 1.5 hours, Vladimir agreed to delete the footage from his camera. Then he was released.
