A court in Dagestan arrested journalist Vladimir Sevrinovsky for five days for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). He was working in Makhachkala on an assignment from Meduza. Sevrinovsky first stopped getting in touch, and then he got in touch with his lawyer and managed to report that he was in the police department in the Sovetsky district of Makhachkala.
