The journalist Vladimir Romensky was charged with violating the procedure of the «foreign agent» activity. Romensky’s case was brought to the Koptevsky District Court of Moscow. He is charged with distribution of materials without labelling of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Romensky was included in the list of «foreign agents» in October 2022. Previously, he worked as a host at TV Rain, but in December, the journalist announced his resignation from the TV channel in connection with the decision to dismiss correspondent Alexey Korostelev.
