The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka Region initiated criminal proceedings against a 68-year-old resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in a case of repeated «discrediting» of the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). A search was conducted in the Efimov's flat. A laptop, two system units, five mobile phones, SIM cards, data storage devices, and «other items of evidentiary value» were seized, the police reported.
