The Krasnoturyinsk City Court received the materials of an administrative case on «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) against the publishing group VK-Media (media outlets Vecherny Krasnoturyinsk, Vecherny Karpinsk, Pro Severouralsk, and Globus). It is not known on what occasion the report was drawn up. In April 2022, VK-Media was fined RUB 1.5 million because of anti-war newspaper covers. The police seized circulation in Severouralsk, Karpinsk, Krasnoturyinsk, and Serov.
