The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus recognized a network of regional samizdat newspapers, as well as their social networks accounts, Telegram channels, and logos as «extremist formations». The formations involved are listed as Vestniki, Brestskoye Vremya, Vitebsky Vestnik, Grodnenskoye Vremya, Gomelsky Vestnik, Mogilyovskiye Vesti, ByProsvet, Belarussky Vestnik, Protestnaya Belarus, Protestny Gomel, Slovo Belarusov, and newspaper 7 Chizhey. Vestniki is a network of regional newspapers created in September 2022. The publications are distributed by volunteers.
