Police detained Vitaly Skryl when he and his colleague were filming in Vitebsk. He was told that he had been the subject of three administrative cases for participating in unauthorised street protests, which journalist covered as part of his job. He was taken to the police department for a questioning and «preventive conversation». In the end, he was offered to explain on a video the reasons for his presence at protest rallies. He was given the warning to sign, which states that he is aware of the consequences of participating in unauthorised street actions. Police then released him.
