Vitaly Polyakov was detained when he went down to his car. Three plain-clothed police officers approached him on the way out of the entrance. The journalist was detained and taken away. He was charged with organising an unauthorised action (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Later, the journalist was fined RUB 20,000. On March 13, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court cancelled the fine to the journalist.
