Andrei Popchenko, director of the Department of Purulent Surgery, locked a film crew in a room at Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Minsk, did not let then out, then summoned the police. The crew was recording a broadcast with a veteran of the war in Afghanistan. The police officers who arrived took down the passport information of the journalists and released them.
