The security forces officers detained Vital Andros, director of the dev.ru portal (the media writes about the IT industry in Belarus and the world), and accountant Alena Andros. «Penitential» video of them appeared on the pro-government Telegram channels. In the video, the man says that in August 2020, he took part in the protests, subscribed to the Telegram channels declared extremist, and was registered in the chatbot Victory Plan. According to reports in pro-government Telegram channels, «the couple played an important role in the operation of the portal, on which negative emotions toward their country were purposefully stirred up in favor of so-called European values».
