On December 30, 2020, the Central District Court of Simferopol considered the materials on the administrative offence of the Crimean Solidarity human rights group citizen journalist Vilen Temeryanov under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation by a participant of a public event of the established order of holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march, or picketing). The court ruled to dismiss the case.
