On December 28, 2020, police officers detained Vilen Temeryanov, a citizen journalist of the Crimean Solidarity human rights group and took him to court to review the administrative report. The court ruled to dismiss the case. Earlier, on November 3, the correspondents of the Crimean Solidarity Ablyamit Ziyadinov and Vilen Temeryanov were detained near the building of the Crimean Garrison Military Court, where they came to cover the action of support in connection with the sentencing of political prisoners Arsen Abkhairov, Rustem Emiruseinov, and Eskender Abdulganiev. Two reports were drawn up on Temeryanov: one under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation by a participant of a public event of the established order of holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march, or picketing) and another under Article 20.6.1 (failure to comply with the rules of conduct on high alert).
