Law enforcement officers came to the home of civil activist Viktor Rau in Barnaul. They searched his apartment and seized 65 posters, a computer, and a phone. On April 21, a criminal case was initiated against Rau under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated violation of the established order of organization or holding of a meeting, rally, demonstration, march, or picketing). After that, Rau was taken for interrogation and then released.
