Law enforcers searched the apartments of freelance journalists Andrei Yakimush and Viktar Yarashuk. They seized equipment, including video cameras, microphones, tripods, and all data carriers. Andrei Yakimush’s video correspondent licence and press card were also taken away. Then, the journalists were taken to the Pinsk police department for questioning, where they were held for three hours. Yakimush attributes the increased attention of the law enforcers to the video clip made in support of convicted journalists Darya Chultsova and Katsiaryna Andreyeva for the Belsat TV channel.
