The Leninsky District Court of Mogilev has recognised the video “Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya: ‘I’m afraid almost every day, but…’ A frank interview” on the YouTube channel "I Gryanul Grem" as extremist informational material. The channel is a Russian-language YouTube outlet covering politics and public affairs, broadcasting from Riga, Latvia. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added this video to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
