The Pinsk District Court found journalists Andrei Yakimush and Victor Yaroshuk guilty of “illegally manufacturing media products” (Part 3 of Article 23.5 of the Administrative Code). The court fined Yakimush and Yaroshuk. Two videos from the Belsat TV channel were shown in court as evidence of their guilt, though the journalists maintained their innocence. They stated that the videos were posted on YouTube, where anyone has the right to post videos.
