The camera crew of the TV channel PIK from Podolsk was pushed out of the territory of a communal enterprise while filming a story about a garbage dump in the city. The director of the Improvement utility company of Podolsk Pyotr Melnik forbade the cameraman from filming and threatened to break his camera.
