Volzhsky District Court of Saratov fined Vera Afanasyeva, author of the Telegram channel Gorod Glupov, RUB 30,000 under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for discrediting the army. Information about it appeared on the website of the court, and it was noticed by SOTA. The reason for drawing up the report on Afanasyeva was not specified.
