A court in Yekaterinburg fined Technotorg LLC, the founder of the online media Vecherniye Vedomosti, RUB 150,000 under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for «discrediting» the army. The report was drawn up because of the publication in the media’s Telegram channel about the detention of street artist Leonid Cherny. The post was illustrated with a photo of stickers that the artist put up, with the inscriptions GruZ200 and PiZdets.
