The Nagatin District Court arrested Weissenberg for five days for a protest rally on January 23, which he filmed for the 'Zakon' news agency. He was not detained during the protest action. The protocol for Article 20.2, Part 6.1 of the Administrative Code (participation in the action that hindered the transportation) was drawn up two weeks later on a denunciation.
