The Nagatinsky District Court arrested Vaisenberg for 5 days for the rally on January 23, which he filmed for the agency Law. He was not detained at the rally itself. A report under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in a rally that interfered with transport) was drawn up two weeks later on the basis of a denunciation.
