Video blogger Vasily Bondar was fined RUB 4,000 for «failure to comply with the requirement to undergo medical examination» (Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On August 8, he was detained outside Sochi City Hall while broadcasting an action of solidarity with Khabarovsk. The blogger, who has a disability, could not walk quickly and crouched on the ground in pain. He refused to undergo a medical examination.
