The Tbilisi City Court has sentenced journalist Vasil Ivanov-Chikovani to seven days of administrative detention for allegedly “artificially blocking the road” on Rustaveli Avenue on 23 October. Chikovani was attending the protest with his wife, who was also arrested and fined 5,000 GEL on the same charges.
