The Suburban District Court of North Ossetia found the co-founder of the Telegram channel Free Ossetia Valery Gasayev guilty of «discrediting» the use of the Armed forces, with a maximum fine of RUB 50,000 under this article. The reason for the prosecution was a link posted in the channel to The Time with a photo of a pregnant woman on a stretcher against the background of a destroyed building in Mariupol.
