Representatives of the Dnipro City Council prevented the journalist from entering the session hall, permitting her to work only in the area designated for public hearings. As a result, she was unable to attend the full council meeting or ask questions to the deputies. Meanwhile, journalists from the municipal TV channel were granted access to the session hall.
