Tikhon Dzyadko, editor-in-chief of the Dozhd TV channel, as well as Katerina Kotrikadze, head of the news service, and Valeria Ratnikova, a presenter, were added to the list of terrorists and extremists maintained by Rosfinmonitoring. Criminal cases were brought against Dzyadko, Kotrikadze, and Ratnikova (as well as another Dozhd presenter, Anna Mongait) have had criminal cases brought against them for spreading “fake news” about the army (clause ‘d’ of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and for evading their duties as “foreign agents.” All three have been arrested in absentia by the Golovinsky District Court of Moscow and are wanted by the authorities.
