Criminal cases have been launched in absentia against Tikhon Dzyadko, editor-in-chief of TV Rain, along with presenters Ekaterina Kotrikadze and Valeria Ratnikova. They are accused of two offenses: spreading “false information” about the actions of the Russian military in Ukraine (Article 207.3, Part 2, Clause “d” of the Criminal Code) and failing to comply with the requirements imposed on “foreign agents” (Article 330.1, Part 2 of the Criminal Code).
