The Syktyvdinsky District Court of Komi fined the editor of Komi Daily Valera Ilyinov RUB 10,000 under the article on «incitement of hatred or enmity towards Russians» (Part 1 of Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The case was initiated because of the article «How to change the imperial mindset: instructions» from August 2023. It was a republication of the Kit newsletter (published by Meduza).
