A court has fined the editor-in-chief of the Ural-based media outlet Revda-Info Valentina Permyakova RUB 30,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist was prosecuted because of her publication about the shelling of Ukrainian cities in Revda-Info’s Telegram channel. According to Permyakova, the case file contained about five denunciations from readers.
