The Federal Security Service Department in Moscow has charged blogger Valentin Shlyakov under the article on public calls to extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation); the Meshchansky District Court sent the man to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention centre. The blogger was arrested back in August. The case is related to publications in his YouTube channel.
