A new case was opened against video blogger Valentin Shlyakov, who is under arrest in Moscow on charges of calling for extremism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) — on calls for terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
