The police conducted a search of the apartment of Hrodna blogger Vadzim Yermashuk (Vadimati). This was reported by Telegram channels affiliated with law enforcement. They claim that the search is related to the blogger’s participation in the march of democratic forces, which took place on January 26 in Warsaw and was timed to coincide with the presidential election. Vadim did, in fact, post stories from the march. The day before, the Investigative Committee of Belarus announced that it had “identified” several participants in overseas protests on election day and stated that a decision had been made to bring criminal charges against them.
