The Leninsky District Court of Ekaterinburg returned to the prosecutor’s office a report on incitement to hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) drawn up against the editor-in-chief of Uralinformbureau Vadim Dynin. The case against Dynin was initiated at the request of Armen Karapetyan, vice-speaker of the Sverdlovsk Region Assembly. In the deputy’s opinion, the mentioning of the Armenian nationality of Karapetyan and his business partners in the article «Deputy Karapetyan Becomes a ’Shadow’ Owner of Verkhnyaya Pyshma?» incites ethnic hatred. The reason for returning the case was errors in the documents.
