The editorial staff of the website Ulysmedia.kz received a letter from the election headquarters of Rysta Zhumabekova, a candidate to the Majilis of the Parliament for single-mandate constituency №23 in the Pavlodar region. The journalists were informed that the information in the article published on the media outlet’s website on March 14 undermined the honour, dignity, and business reputation of the candidate and could affect the outcome of the election. According to the editorial office, the main claim to the journalists is that they doubted that R. Zhumabekova, having entered the retirement age, did not declare herself in any way.
