Leninsky District Court of Smolensk received two administrative cases against Ulyana Kulchitskaya, editor-in-chief of the regional online media Readovka67. Both charges were brought under an article on violation of the rules of marking NGOs «foreign agents» in the media (Part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). At the moment, it is unknown in connection with what materials the cases were initiated.
