Ulvi Hasanli, the director of the online media outlet Abzas Media, who is held in the Baku pre-trial detention centre № 1, is being threatened. In particular, he was threatened in connection with his appeal to the ombudsman. Hasanli was banned from meetings and telephone conversations with his relatives, and then from communicating by phone with his lawyers. All this happened after his appeal to the ombudsman.
