The police detained the journalist when he was covering Sunday's protest action against the presidential election results and the security forces' violence. He was taken to the police department «to check the documents,» and there, he was drawn up a report for participation in an unauthorized event (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). On November 18, the court found Uladzislau Kuletski guilty based on the police report and arrested him for 8 days.
