Photojournalists Uladzimir Hrydzin and Alexander Vasukovich were detained in the cafe where they were sitting after the protest action – they were selecting photos to send to their editorial offices. Suddenly five policemen entered the cafe, twisted journalists' hands and took them to a minibus. The journalists were taken to the police department, where protocols were drawn up on them for participation in an unauthorized event (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). On 16 September, the court found both journalists guilty and arrested them for 11 days.
